Role Overview

We're hiring a Senior Implementation Manager (AI Delivery) to lead enterprise client engagements and drive delivery of Data Sutram's AI-powered fraud and risk solutions. You'll be the primary technical point of contact for enterprise clients including banks and financial institutions — owning solution discovery, POCs, and implementation through to go-live, while bridging client requirements with our engineering and data science teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Own client relationships end-to-end, from first technical conversation through go-live and beyond
- Lead technical implementation discussions — architecture, integrations, data flows, and rollout planning
- Scope and run POCs, driving conversion to full-scale deployment
- Manage delivery like a program — timelines, milestones, risk flags, stakeholder alignment




- Oversee AI/ML model rollout into client environments, including validation and performance tracking
- Coordinate across engineering, data science, and product teams; handle client escalations

Qualifications
- 8–14 years in external, client-facing roles — mandatory
- Robust technical grounding in architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and AI/ML platforms (coding not required)
- Experience managing enterprise/BFSI client relationships
- Background as a Field CTO, Solutions Architect, Solutions Consultant, or Technical Customer Solutions Manager
- Education: B.E./B.Tech or equivalent; MBA preferred, not mandatory
- Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai
