Role & responsibilities
- Deployed at the clients manufacturing facility as the extended HR Business Partner
- Responsible for independently managing the complete HR function at the site
- Handles end-to-end HR activities including:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- HR operations
- Payroll inputs
- Statutory compliance
- Employee lifecycle management
- Performance management
- Employee engagement
- Grievance handling
- Policy implementation
- Audits and HR documentation
- Ensures timely and high-quality delivery of all HR services
- Leads the deployed HR team and ensures execution of all deliverables within defined timelines and SLAs
- Must have strong knowledge of:
- Labour laws
- Statutory compliances
- Manufacturing HR practices
