• Develop and execute the POSP channel sales strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing POSP team across India.
• Establish and expand the POSP network by onboarding POSPs and advisors.
Required Candidate profile
Must have experience in POSP channel sales, train advisors and POSP and recruit them.
Must have experience in selling life insurance. Must have exp in agency channel sales.
