Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager – International Business & Exports to lead and expand the company’s global presence in the nutraceutical sector. The role will be responsible for developing export strategies, driving international business growth, building global partnerships, and establishing a scalable export business framework. The role will be responsible for running the profit & Loss for International Business

The candidate will work closely with the leadership team to identify market opportunities, strengthen international sales channels, and ensure sustainable business expansion across key global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Strategy & International Business Growth:
- Develop and implement the international business and export strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Identify and evaluate recent global markets,



business opportunities, and distribution channels.
- Advise senior leadership on market trends, competitive landscape, and strategic expansion opportunities.
- Establish and scale the company’s export business vertical and global sales infrastructure.
- Oversee international sales performance, revenue targets, forecasting, and profitability across markets.
- Prepare annual business plans, budgets, and performance projections for international operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, procurement, regulatory, and logistics to streamline export operations.

- Identify, develop, and close new international business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
