Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors RCM/RMK Consultant with proven expertise in full-cycle implementations. The candidate will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and supporting Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing solutions aligned with business hiring strategies.

Responsibilities
- Lead 2-3 end-to-end implementations of RCM & RMK modules
- Configure requisition templates, workflows, career sites, and onboarding integration
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate recruitment processes into system design
- Manage integrations with job boards, career portals, and third-party systems
- Provide post-go-live support, enhancements, and troubleshooting

Requirements
- Solid hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM & RMK
- recruiting processes and talent acquisition lifecycle
