Job Description
As an HSE Engineer II, you will act as a key HSE partner to the Building Automation Global Engineering Services (GES) organization (HBS & BMS). You will be responsible for executing the HSE Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ensuring regulatory and corporate compliance, and driving continuous improvement in safety performance and culture.

You will manage and enhance the HSE Management System (HSEMS), provide technical HSE support to field and engineering teams, and lead initiatives that strengthen risk management, compliance, and operational excellence across GES globally.

Responsibilities
HSE Governance & Compliance
- Drive and oversee HSEMS governance across the GES organization.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, legal, and regulatory HSE requirements.
- Conduct remote and onsite HSE audits, reviews, and compliance assessments.

HSE Program Deployment
- Deploy standardized HSE tools, processes, and best practices across GES.
- Lead implementation of HSE programs aligned with global and regional strategies.




- Support regional HSE initiatives and process excellence programs.

Risk Management & Field Support
- Provide field-level HSE support, including risk assessments and safe work practices.
- Guide engineers and teams on hazard identification, mitigation, and PPE usage.
- Support contractor and subcontractor HSE compliance.

Training & Competency Development
- Deliver HSE training programs (virtual and onsite).
- Conduct current employee inductions and safety orientations.
- Lead Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and competency development initiatives.

Incident Management & Continuous Improvement
- Manage incident reporting, investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Ensure timely closure and sharing of lessons learned.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote proactive safety culture.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Develop and maintain HSE dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports.
