Role Overview

8–15 years in Enterprise Technology / Cloud Sales. We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager – Hyperscaler / Cloud Sales to drive revenue growth, current-logo acquisition, strategic accounts, and cloud transformation opportunities across the assigned region.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience selling AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, cloud migration, modernization, managed cloud services, data/AI, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions to enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Sales & Revenue
- Own and achieve regional sales targets, revenue, pipeline, and margin objectives.
- Develop and execute the regional GTM and sales strategy for cloud and hyperscaler services.
- Identify and acquire new enterprise logos across target industries.
- Build a healthy pipeline through account-based selling, prospecting, partners, and CXO engagement.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation through negotiation, closure, and account expansion.




- Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities within strategic accounts.

Hyperscaler & Cloud Sales
- Drive enterprise adoption of AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud solutions.
- Sell cloud migration, modernization, infrastructure, managed services, cloud security, DevOps, data platforms, AI/ML and FinOps solutions.
- Identify customer workloads suitable for cloud migration and develop business-value propositions.
- Work with solution architects and delivery teams to create technical and commercial proposals.
- Develop cloud transformation roadmaps aligned with customer business objectives.

Enterprise & CXO Engagement
- Establish relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CISOs, CFOs and other senior decision-makers.
- Conduct consultative selling and understand customer technology and business challenges.
- Lead executive-level presentations, solution workshops, RFP/RFI/RFQ discussions and commercial negotiations.
