Job Purpose:
Eisco is an aggressively expanding global enterprise operating at the intersection of manufacturing, technology, and global supply chains. We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Software Engineer who thrives on complete technical autonomy and end-to-end system ownership.
In this role, you will architect, build, and maintain the software ecosystem that powers our business operations and core products—including cloud integrations connecting enterprise systems, our global e-commerce infrastructure, critical internal tooling, and brand-current software products built from the ground up.
We operate a high-performance, merit-based engineering environment. We do not micro-manage or assign isolated, narrowly defined task tickets; instead, you will be handed complex business challenges and expected to design, ship, and operate resilient systems independently. Expect your work to be split roughly evenly between modernizing existing architectures and engineering new,
scalable capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Discovery & Spec Ownership
- Systems Integration & Cloud Middleware: Design, develop, and maintain high-throughput backend services and data pipelines connecting core enterprise platforms (ERP, e-commerce, CRM). Build robust API architectures and reliable system-to-system data synchronization workflows.
- E-commerce Platform Ownership: Take complete technical accountability for the reliability, speed, and API customization of our global e-commerce infrastructure.
- Internal Tools & Core Infrastructure: Maintain and optimize established internal tools and customer-facing products, improving system uptime, maintainability, and code quality.
- Architecting New Products: Lead the system architecture, database schema design, and API specification for new software initiatives across our expanding product portfolio.
