Senior Developer/TL (Product & Client Delivery)About the Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead – Full Stack Engineer to take complete ownership of product delivery, from concept to deployment. This role combines hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and client engagement. You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end product lifecycles, collaborating with clients to understand requirements, and leading a talented engineering team to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Product Ownership & Client Management
- Act as the technical point of contact for clients, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Manage product roadmaps, delivery timelines, and expectations independently.
- Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, and client demos.
- Technical Leadership & Full Stack Development




- Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications.
- Build and maintain secure, high-performance REST APIs using Python/Django/Django REST Framework.
- Develop modern, responsive UI/UX with React.js, ES6+, and CSS frameworks (TailwindCSS, Bootstrap).
- Integrate frontend with backend services, third-party APIs, and LLM-based AI features.
- DevOps & SDLC Management
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and infrastructure setup using Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Ensure robust SDLC processes — requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Implement logging, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Team Leadership & Best Practices
- Mentor and guide engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
