Key Accountability
- Monitor the day-to-day operations for collection and transportation.
- Create systems for flawless reporting about projects to the client and in-house.
- Manage fleet operations, and cost controlling & optimal utilization of assets.
- Timely submission and collection of bill invoices from corporations.
- Maintain positive rapport with Govt. officials.
- Optimize deployed vehicles and machinery at minimum cost and achieve budgeted tonnage.
- Effective workforce utilization.
