Civil Estimator

*Experience: 5-6 Years | Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month | Location: Head Office, Siliguri*

*Immediate Joiner Preferred*

Role in short:

Responsible for cost estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis and tender documentation for infrastructure and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Estimation: Prepare detailed BOQ, cost estimates, and rate analysis from drawings for RCC, steel & infra works
- Tendering: Work on tender documents, bid preparation, and client rate submissions
- Rate Analysis: Market rate enquiry, vendor quotations, and cost comparison for materials & labor
- Drawings: Read and interpret architectural, structural & GA drawings for quantity takeoff
- Coordination: Coordinate with purchase, planning and site teams for project costing
- Software:



Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD. Knowledge of FMS, SAP or estimation software is a plus

Requirements:
- Experience: 5-6 years in civil estimation for building, infra, PEB or industrial projects
- Qualification: Diploma/B.E in Civil Engineering
- Skills: Strong in quantities, costing, rate analysis & Excel. Knowledge of IS codes preferred
- Other: Based at HO Siliguri. Site visit coordination as required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
