1. Responsible for the development and Review of Process documentation such as Manufacturing Instruction Sheets (MISs), and Visual Aids (Vas) by interpreting Engineering requirements of Aerospace Structural assembly Manufacturing for Defence Aircrafts.
2. Responsible for the development of the Bill of Material (BOM) and Condition of Supply (COS) as per Assy build sequence requirements.
3. Identifying the requirements of Tools, release Tool Orders
*Qualification:*
1. Engineer (Bachelor/Masters) in Mechanical/Aeronautical/Aerospace/Others with 6 to 8 years hands-on experience.
2. Ability of 2D & 3D drawing reading PER ASME Y.14.100 & ASME Y14.5-1994/2009
3. Able to use CATIA V5 for customer data model referencing, data extraction, Catia clash check to analyse interferences and tolerance stack up. Catia Skill level Min 3.5/5. (intermediate to high-intermediate level of proficiency)
4. Global Specification reading related to Aerostructure Assemblies
