Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month + Commissions & Shift Allowances

About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for professionals and customers, providing outstanding support through phone, email, and chat.

The role combines customer service, problem-solving, product support, and sales, with an opportunity to earn additional commission by converting warm leads through upselling opportunities.

Work Schedule

Only Saturdays & Sundays – 18 hours/week

UK Market: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST
US/Canada Market: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

*Shift allocation will depend on business requirements.*

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and professionals across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, US, Canada, and global email channels.
- Handle inbound and outbound queries through phone, email, and chat.
- Provide positive, empathetic,



and solution-oriented customer support.
- Manage customer emails and support tickets using Zendesk.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
- Assist new and existing professionals with product and platform-related queries.
- Explain Bark's services and advantages to prospective professionals.
- Identify warm leads and support upselling opportunities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide valuable customer feedback to internal teams.
- Work toward Global Customer Experience performance metrics, including Productivity, Quality, CSAT, and Online Time.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales role supporting international customers through phone and email.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with customer service software
