Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Finance & Accounts function and drive the organisations financial strategy, profitability, governance and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities • • • • • • • • • • • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and MIS reporting. Oversee accounting, financial reporting, taxation, audits and statutory compliances. Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury and banking relationships. Drive cost optimisation, profitability improvement and financial controls. Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, Ind AS and other applicable regulations. Strengthen internal controls, risk management and governance frameworks.



Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the MD/CEO and Board. Manage relationships with banks, auditors, consultants, investors and other key stakeholders. Lead, mentor and develop the Finance & Accounts team. Support business expansion, funding, investments, M&A; and other strategic initiatives.

Candidate Requirements • • • • • • • CA qualification is mandatory. Minimum 15 years of overall experience in Finance & Accounts. Preferably 5+ years in a senior leadership/CFO/Finance Head role. Solid experience in financial strategy, FP&A;, taxation, compliance, treasury and business finance. Strong knowledge of Ind AS, GST, Income Tax and statutory regulations. Excellent leadership, analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills. Candidates with experience in mid-to-large organisations and business transformation/ growth environments will be preferred.
