Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solar Sales Executive – Commercial EPC to drive business development and revenue growth in the commercial and industrial rooftop solar segment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Commercial Solar EPC sales, strong B2B selling and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for managing the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation and customer meetings to proposal presentation, negotiation, order closure,



and coordination through project handover.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new commercial and industrial customers for rooftop solar EPC projects.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, cold outreach, and other business development activities.
- Conduct customer meetings to understand their energy requirements and business needs.
- Coordinate site surveys with the engineering team.
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals to prospective customers.
- Explain solar solutions, ROI, payback period, financing options, and other commercial/technical aspects.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and drive deals toward closure.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and order-booking targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, engineering, and project execution teams to ensure smooth project progression.
