Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Branch Manager at Care Insurance. The Branch Manager will oversee branch operations,



ensure compliance with company policies, and drive business growth through effective planning and execution. Responsibilities include leading and coaching the branch team, setting and monitoring sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and local stakeholders. The role also involves analyzing branch performance data, implementing process improvements, and ensuring high standards in customer service and claims-related support. The Branch Manager will collaborate with regional and central teams to align branch activities with organizational goals and contribute to initiatives in digital adoption and operational efficiency.
