Duration: 10 Days | 5 Days Theory + 5 Days On-the-Job Training
The Sales & Communication Excellence Programme by Sathya Talent Centre (STC) is a practical, career-focused training programme designed to develop essential sales and communication skills. Participants will learn customer handling, product presentation, sales pitching, objection handling, negotiation, closing techniques, and qualified communication.
The first 5 days focus on classroom-based theory and practical activities, followed by 5 days of On-the-Job Training (OJT) to gain real-world sales exposure and apply the skills learned.
