Job Responsibilities
Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient packing, shipping, and delivery of products.
Monitor order status and resolve any issues related to delays, cancellations, or returns.
Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
Implement inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock records.
Maintain financial records on sales made, payments received and work in coordination with the accounts team to tally the accounts.
