Fulfill the recruitment needs within the defined SLA

Key Reponsibilities

1) Accountable for End to End Recruitment : Right from understanding the requirement from Hiring Managers, sourcing and screening the profiles, conducting HR interviews and Ensuring candidate joins on stipulated date by continuous follow up.

2) Should be target oriented to and have experience on managing high volume positions.

3) Should have good experience with Pipeline Management & Quality of Hires.
