1. Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop current business opportunities in carbon credits, carbon markets, climate advisory, ESG, and sustainability.
- Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into consulting and carbon-related assignments.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, industries, project developers, government agencies, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Identify organizations with potential for carbon credit generation, carbon footprint assessment, and decarbonization initiatives.
- Achieve business development and revenue targets.

2. Client Relationship Management
- Engage with existing and prospective clients to understand their carbon management, sustainability, and climate-related requirements.
- Present carbon credit, ESG, sustainability, and climate advisory solutions to clients.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support successful closure of assignments.




- Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.

3. Carbon Credit Project & Proposal Management
- Identify potential projects suitable for carbon credit development and generation.
- Coordinate with technical and carbon advisory teams for project assessment and solution development.
- Support preparation of Project Concept Notes, Project Design Documents (PDDs), proposals, EOIs, RFPs, and tenders.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for carbon project development, validation, verification, and registration activities.
- Ensure timely submission of high-quality technical and commercial proposals.

4. Market Research & Business Strategy
- Monitor developments in carbon markets, carbon pricing, voluntary and compliance carbon markets, ESG regulations, and climate policies.
- Track government policies, carbon market mechanisms, and emerging opportunities in India and international markets.
