Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Strategist role based in Kochi. The Social Media Strategist will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and marketing goals. Responsibilities include managing social media calendars, monitoring engagement and community interactions,



and responding to comments and messages in a professional manner. The role involves collaborating with designers, content creators, and marketing team members to develop campaigns, optimize posts, and align social media activities with broader digital marketing strategies. The Social Media Specialist will track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.

Qualifications

1–4 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).

Robust skills in content strategy, content planning, and social media copywriting.

Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools to track, measure, and optimize performance.
