Key Responsibilities:
- Creation and execution of intra Plant logistics planning/ Production material flow Simulation models
- Creation of current and modification of existing simulation models in Tecnomatix Plant Simulation
- Validation & verification of Simulation models.
- Elaboration and evaluation of scenarios for optimization of KPIs
- Communication with partners and customers from start to end of project; documentation of project data and results Specific Knowledge: (Skill / Languages etc.)
- Statistical analysis from data generated from model to find out bottleneck and resolve it.
- Optimizing MHE numbers, MHE Utilization and buffer required.
- Interaction with partners for technical discussion
- Tools: Tecnomatix Plant Simulation

Required Skills and Experience:
- 0-3 / 36 years of experience in Material Flow simulation.




- Experience working in Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics & Supply chain.
- Experience in creating material flow simulation models and executing projects.
- Experience in Detailed intra plant Logistics process modeling starting from Dock till point of use.
- Route planning for different types of MHEs.
- Experience in optimizing MHE numbers, MHE Utilization and buffer required.
- Experience in project management activities: project report preparation, project documentation, interaction with partners for technical discussion.
- Tools: Tecnomatix Plant Simulation (Preferred), AnyLogic, FlexSim, Simul8
- Working in Object oriented programming skills, Expert in SimTalk programming language.
