About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented
Social Media Manager
to join our marketing agency in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in social media management, content strategy, and digital marketing, preferably from a
non-real-estate background
.

The candidate will be responsible for managing social media strategies for brands, developing engaging content, and driving audience growth and engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies for clients across different industries.
- Manage social media platforms including
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X
.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars and campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, videographers, and other internal teams.
- Develop creative content ideas, captions, reels, stories,



and campaign concepts.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats.
- Track and analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Improve engagement, reach, followers, and overall brand visibility.
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Work closely with clients to understand their brand objectives and communication requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing practices.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in
Social Media Management / Digital Marketing
.
- Experience working with a
marketing, advertising, or creative agency
will be preferred.
- Candidates from
non-real-estate industries
are preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
