Core Goal

Lead training programs, optimize precast modelling standards, and elevate internal or client proficiency in Tekla precast workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Training & Curriculum Design: Create and deliver high-impact training sessions across classroom, and eLearning formats.
- Standardization: Establish company-specific or regional precast connection, component, and template standards inside Tekla.
- Advanced Modeling Training: Train users with precast modeling, custom component creation, and reinforcement detailing.
- BIM Integration: Advise on LOD 300500 workflows, clash detection, and data exchange between engineering teams and precast manufacturing plants.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Software Expertise: Advanced mastery of Tekla Structures Precast detailing tools, template/report creation, and custom components.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of precast manufacturing, rebar/embedment detailing, hardware drawings, and erection logistics.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, mentoring abilities, and experience presenting technical content.
