We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Operator Trainee to join our production team. In this entry-level role, you will work closely with senior operators and engineers to learn the fundamentals of VMC machine operation, setup, and quality inspection. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or ITI graduates looking to build a stable career in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn to operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) under senior guidance.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components safely into the machines.
- Assist in machine setup, including fixture alignment and tool loading.
- Check finished parts using measuring instruments like vernier calipers and micrometers.
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Keep the machine and surrounding work area clean, organized, and protected (5S).




- Report any machine malfunctions or dimension variations to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: ITI pass out (Machinist, Turner, Fitter, or Tool & Die) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Freshers are welcome.
- Skills: Basic understanding of engineering drawings and blueprints is a plus.
- Attributes: High willingness to learn, punctual, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts ).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹140,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year
