Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee projects with international scope, ensuring adherence to global standards and effective communication across diverse teams.
- Design and development of mechanical components and systems, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Create and manage detailed 2D and 3D drawings using advanced CAD software (e.g., Creo /SolidWorks,) and Windchill (Product Data Management) systems. detail engineering and drawings for products.
- Product BOM management and SAP/ERP data management.
- Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;) principles and perform tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure precision, manufacturability, and to identify and address potential issues in assembly and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, and quality assurance, to drive successful product development and launch.
- Prepare and present comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, BOM and project presentations.

Requirements:




- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in mechanical design, with a focus on Bagging Machines, Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and Conveyors.
- Proficiency in CAD software like Creo /SolidWorks, and other relevant design tools; experience with SolidWorks software is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. Have a positive understanding and knowledge of standards/code selections like ASME, DIN etc.
- Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;) and tolerance stack-up analysis.
- Experience with overseeing and managing international projects is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and effectively work on design projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
