- 4+ years of experience in SRE / DevOps / Production Support / Application Support.
- Strong experience in production support and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with application deployment and release management.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with CI/CD tools Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab / Azure DevOps.
- Robust scripting knowledge in Shell/Bash and/or Python.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, ELK, etc.
- Good understanding of Git and source-code management.
