Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Solution Leadership & Development: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of customizations, plugins, workflows, and extensions within Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, using C#, .NET, and JavaScript. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers
throughout the project lifecycle.
• End-to-End Implementation:



Own the technical delivery of full-cycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementations — from requirements gathering and solution architecture through configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Integration Management: Architect and implement seamless integrations between D365 CRM and external systems (including FinOps where applicable) using APIs, Dataverse, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and other middleware tools.
• Requirements Analysis: Partner directly with business stakeholders and functional consultants to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, solution designs, and architecture documents.
• Data Management: Oversee data migration activities, ensure data integrity, and manage CRM data using tools like XRMToolbox, SSIS, and the Data Management Framework (DMF) where FinOps integration is involved.
• Reporting & Analytics: Guide the development and customization of reports and das
