About the role: Highly motivated Technology Manager responsible for leading the strategy, development, governance, and adoption of a common embedded software platform that accelerates product development across the organization.



This role combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills to drive software reuse, architectural standardization, engineering productivity, and platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Embedded Platform Strategy: Define and execute the embedded software platform roadmap aligned with business and product strategies.
Technical Leadership: Drive engineering excellence through architecture guidance, best practices, coding standards, and design reviews.
Team Management: Develop, Lead, mentor and manage a team of embedded software engineers, ensuring predictable delivery of platform roadmap commitments.
Reusable Software Development: Lead development of reusable, modular, configurable, scalable, and maintainable software components.
Organizational Enablement: Develop and execute strategies to increase platform adoption across business units and product teams.
