About the role
We are looking for an L1 Network Administrator with basic hands-on experience in enterprise networking, switching, load balancing, and network monitoring environments.
The L1 resource should be able to monitor, identify, perform initial troubleshooting, resolve standard issues, collect technical information, and escalate complex issues to L2/L3. The resource should not be expected to independently perform complex network design,



advanced troubleshooting, or major configuration changes without L2/L3 involvement.
About you
Preferred Qualifications
Any Graduation with minimum 3 years of experience in Network Operations/Data Centre environments.
Certification preferred: CCNA or equivalent networking certification.
Exposure to Cisco Nexus, F5, Radware, or GSLB environments will be an advantage.
Experience working in a 24x7 Network Operations/Data Centre environment.
Basic knowledge of firewall and network security concepts will be an added advantage.
