Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven and growth-oriented Performance Marketing Manager with

proven experience in scaling D2C brands across marketplaces and digital acquisition

channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in marketplace advertising,

paid media,



customer acquisition, campaign optimization, and revenue growth while

collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing & Paid Media

●Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta

(Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max,

YouTube), and other paid acquisition channels.

Manage marketplace advertising across Amazon (Sponsored Products, Sponsored

Brands, Sponsored Display), Flipkart Ads, Blinkit Ads, Zepto Ads, Instamart, and

other relevant commerce platforms.

Develop campaign structures, audience targeting, keyword strategies, bidding

models, placements, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.

Continuously optimize campaigns based on KPIs including ROAS, CAC, MER, ACoS,

TACoS, CPC, CTR, CVR, and revenue growth.
