Tender Executive

Role: Tender Executive – Construction

⁠ ⁠Handle end-to-end tendering for CPWD, CWC, PWD, State Government, PSU and private projects.

⁠ ⁠Search and monitor government e-tender portals and identify suitable tenders.

⁠ ⁠Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQ, specifications and conditions.

⁠ ⁠Prepare and submit technical and financial bids with complete documentation.

⁠ ⁠Handle EMD, BG, affidavits, undertakings, experience certificates and other tender requirements.

⁠ ⁠Prepare BOQ, rate analysis and coordinate with estimation/accounts/management for final pricing.

⁠ ⁠Upload and submit tenders through e-tendering portals within deadlines.

⁠ ⁠Track corrigendums, tender status, technical qualification, L1 results and awards.

⁠ ⁠Maintain proper records of all tenders and company credentials.

Requirement: 3+ years of experience in construction tendering, preferably with CPWD/CWC/PWD/Government projects. Must be able to independently handle complete tender paperwork and e-tender submission.

Pay: ₹10,029.16 - ₹37,000.00 per month
