Job Summary

Bark.com is looking for Customer Experience Advisors to join its Bengaluru team and support customers and professionals across the United States and Canada.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong English communication skills who are interested in international customer service, customer success and sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and professionals across the USA and Canada.
- Handle inbound calls and emails.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist professionals with queries related to Bark's services and offerings.
- Use Zendesk to manage customer emails and support tickets.
- Resolve customer concerns within defined TAT.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams.
- Identify and execute sales opportunities where applicable.
- Achieve Customer Success and service KPIs.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

- Strong spoken and written English communication.
- Excellent customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Sales or upselling experience is an advantage.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a robust work ethic.

Salary & Benefits
- ₹3.75 LPA Fixed CTC + Sales Commission
- Fixed CTC revised to ₹4 LPA after successful completion of 3-month probation
- ₹200–₹400 per day shift allowance, depending on shift
