Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of Property Advisors to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Drive continuous skill development through regular coaching, feedback, and performance guidance.
- Mentor team members to meet expected performance standards and enhance overall productivity.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and control shrinkage and attrition by proactively addressing workforce challenges.
- Identify performance gaps and operational issues at an early stage, and implement timely corrective actions.
- Prepare and present accurate, insightful MIS and performance reports to management for informed decision-making.

CTC can be ₹45K per month.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
