Role Overview

We are seeking a driven, self-motivated Business Development Executive (Contract) with a robust B2B sales track record. In this role, you will lead end-to-end sales pipelines, prospect corporate clients, pitch our products, and close high-value B2B deals.

This is a flexible, contract-based opportunity where your earnings are directly tied to your performance: you get paid a commission as soon as a sale is officially closed and finalized.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, target, and reach out to decision-makers (CXOs, HR heads, Marketing Directors, Business Heads) in potential B2B client organizations.
- Product Pitching: Present, demonstrate, and pitch Bling Tech Connect and Bling Reward product suites to prospects.
- Deal Closure: Drive end-to-end sales cycles—from initial outreach and meeting setup to negotiations and closing contracts.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate status updates on potential deals.
- Relationship Building:



Build and foster long-term commercial relationships with prospective B2B clients.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–4 years of proven success in B2B sales, corporate BD, or SaaS product sales.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, consultative selling, presentation, and closing capabilities.
- Network: An existing B2B network across industries (Retail, Corporate Services, E-commerce, HR, etc.) is a big plus.
- Mindset: Highly entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable working on a commission-based model.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
