About the Role

We are looking for an experienced *Project Manager – MEP* to lead and manage MEP execution for a large-scale *Data Centre project in Bangalore*. The role will be responsible for end-to-end MEP project delivery, ensuring timely execution, quality, safety, coordination and successful testing, commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end MEP execution for Data Centre projects from planning through testing, commissioning and handover.
- Manage project execution in line with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the client, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal project teams.
- Review and coordinate MEP drawings, technical submittals, material approvals, method statements and shop drawings.
- Manage Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, ELV and other MEP services as applicable to the project.




- Monitor project progress against approved timelines, milestones and execution plans.
- Ensure adequate manpower, materials, equipment and resources are available for timely project execution.
- Identify project risks, technical issues and site constraints and drive timely resolution.
- Coordinate closely with Civil, Structural, Architectural and other project teams to ensure seamless MEP integration.
- Monitor contractors and subcontractors for productivity, workmanship, quality and adherence to project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and applicable statutory standards.
- Conduct regular progress meetings with contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
- Prepare and review project progress reports, MIS, trackers and other project documentation.
- Monitor testing and commissioning activities and ensure proper system readiness.
- Drive project handover, snag closure, as-built
