We are looking for a Social Media Growth & Marketing Intern who can help us grow our organic presence and turn content into measurable business results.

What You'll Do
- Manage and grow Growbro's Instagram and LinkedIn presence.
- Plan content calendars and coordinate with the content, design and video teams.
- Research trending topics, formats, hooks, competitors and content opportunities.
- Track reach, engagement, followers, profile visits, website traffic and leads.
- Analyze which content performs and continuously improve the strategy.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Identify new audiences, industries and content opportunities.




- Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Help create campaigns for leads, users and prospects.
- Track email open rates, clicks, conversions and campaign performance.
- Experiment with different growth strategies and distribution channels.
- Prepare weekly marketing performance reports.

What We're Looking For
- Strong interest in social media, marketing and growth.
- Good understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Comfortable with numbers and basic analytics.
- Valuable research skills.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Curious, proactive and willing to experiment.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and analytics tools is preferred.
- Previous social media or marketing experience is a plus.
