Job Responsibilities
- Handle project accounting, site accounting, and day-to-day entries in Tally ERP.
- Prepare site MIS reports and project P&L; on a regular basis.
- Track and reconcile project debtors and creditors.
- Maintain site inventory and material stock records.
- Coordinate material requirements with procurement.
- Process payments to vendors and contractors on time.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash reconciliation.
- Keep financial records accurate and up to date.
- Work with site and project teams to sort out finance-related issues.
- Support audits by pulling together required documents.
- AI, Tally, Excel Proficiency Required.
- CA Inter is Preferred.
