Job Overview

We are looking for a Branch Sales Manager to manage sales activities and customer acquisition for our insurance business in Madhyamgram.

The ideal candidate should have experience in insurance sales or financial product sales, valuable customer-handling skills, and the ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new customers through referrals, local networking, and market visits.
- Promote suitable insurance products based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with prospective customers and existing leads.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain product benefits clearly.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area.
- Maintain customer and sales records.
- Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.




- Coordinate with the branch team for customer-related activities.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Insurance Sales or Financial Services Sales.
- Experience in Life Insurance, General Insurance, Health Insurance, or related financial products will be preferred.
- Good communication and customer relationship skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable with customer meetings and local market visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
