- The Data Reliability Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a team focused on designing, building, and evolving cloud-native, containerized infrastructure that powers our data products and services. This role plays a critical part in advancing our platform maturity by enabling cross-functional squads, driving complex technical initiatives, and ensuring the availability, security, scalability, and reliability of our data ecosystem.
- As a Manager, you will bring strong leadership capabilities along with deep expertise in systems design, cloud infrastructure, networks, databases, and contemporary data technologies. You will be responsible for guiding and developing engineering talent, setting priorities, driving execution, and partnering across teams to deliver resilient, scalable, and secure platform solutions. You will also help lead the adoption of new technologies, infrastructure automation practices, and operational excellence across high-scale distributed systems.
- In this role, you will balance technical leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration.



You will work closely with engineering, product, and platform stakeholders to align team objectives with business priorities, remove delivery obstacles, and foster a culture of reliability, accountability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 11+ years of relevant work experience.
