Most agencies hire people to "run ads." We don't.

We run performance marketing for luxury real estate, private aviation, premium healthcare and UHNI brands across Delhi NCR and Dubai. Our clients don't care how many leads you generated. They care how many site visits happened, how many jets got chartered, how many consultations converted. We built our whole system around that - CRM outcomes get pushed back into Google and Meta so the algorithm learns what a real buyer looks like, not what a form-filler looks like.

What you will actually do

Own accounts end to end You will manage 3 to 5 client accounts across Google Ads and Meta Ads.



Own the strategy, the build, the daily optimisation, the reporting. Not just execution on someone else's plan.

Build campaigns that hold up Keyword research and account structure on Google. Campaign structure, audience strategy and creative testing on Meta. Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Advantage+ - you should know when to use which and, more importantly, when not to.

Live inside the numbers Daily checks on spend, CPL, lead quality and pacing. Search term reports cleaned weekly. Negative keyword lists that actually grow. Frequency and creative fatigue watched before the client notices it.

Close the loop Work with our tracking setup - GCLID and UTM capture, offline conversion uploads, Meta CAPI, CRM stage feedback. You do not need to be an engineer. You do need to understand why a lead marked "site visit done" in the CRM has to travel back into the ad account.
