Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Life Insurance Product Owner
to drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for Life Insurance products and digital solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in
Life Insurance product development, Life Asia/core insurance platforms, digital transformation, BRD/FRD documentation, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management
.

Key Responsibilities
- Define, manage and execute the
product roadmap
for Life Insurance products and digital solutions.
- Own the
end-to-end product lifecycle
,



from ideation and requirements through implementation, launch and post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate with
Actuarial, Underwriting, Claims, Sales, Operations and IT
teams to deliver product enhancements.
- Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements through detailed
BRDs and FRDs
.
- Work closely with technology teams to enhance, integrate and optimize
Life Asia/core Life Insurance systems
.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives focused on
policy administration, customer experience and process efficiency
.
- Conduct
market research, competitor analysis and regulatory assessments
to identify current product opportunities.
- Ensure products and processes comply with
IRDAI regulations and applicable insurance industry standards
.
- Define product KPIs and monitor product performance using data-driven insights.
- Identify improvement opportunities across the
customer journey and policy lifecycle
