Role & responsibilities

This position is responsible for managing the complete product lifecycle from concept development to commercial launch by coordinating new product development (NPD), market research, cross-functional project execution, product cost optimization, and product commercialization. The role works closely with Design & Development, Production, Quality, Purchase, Sales, Marketing, and external vendors to ensure successful execution of product development projects while meeting quality, cost, and timeline objectives.

Product Development & Lifecycle Management: Lead the complete product lifecycle from concept generation to product commercialization. Ensure current product development projects are completed within defined timelines while meeting customer expectations, quality standards, and business objectives.

2.Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation plans for all assigned product development projects. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables through effective project management practices.

3.Cross Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Design & Development, Production, Quality, Purchase, Marketing, Sales, Tool Room, and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution of product development activities and successful product launches.
