Role Description
This is a full-time, field job, Business Development Executive role based in Kolkata. The Business Development Executive will prospect and identify new business opportunities,



build relationships with potential clients, and promote Nexa Core HR’s HR and recruitment solutions. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to develop suitable proposals. The role involves managing client accounts, maintaining regular communication to ensure satisfaction, tracking sales activities, and meeting defined business growth targets. The Business Development Executive will also support market research, contribute to sales strategies, and maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools.
