Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and industry-oriented Event Design & Management Faculty to train students in the creative, planning, production, and execution aspects of events.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach and mentor students in Event Design & Management.
- Cover event planning, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, décor, production, and event execution.
- Conduct practical sessions, workshops, projects, and live-event assignments.
- Guide students in developing event concepts, proposals, themes, and presentations.
- Bring real-world industry practices and case studies into the classroom.
- Evaluate student projects and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students in internships, live projects, and industry exposure.





Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Design, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant industry or teaching experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of event planning and execution.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Practical industry experience in events, weddings, corporate events, exhibitions, fashion shows, or entertainment events is an advantage.
- Passion for mentoring and developing creative students.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
