About the Role:

We are building a high-concurrency bus booking aggregator platform from scratch. We need a strong Backend/Full-Stack Developer with 1.5+ years of experience who loves core data architecture, relational databases, and low-latency system security. You will be the engineer who builds our core transactional engine and protects our backend from high-traffic spikes.

Technical Tools & Skills You Must Have:
- Runtime:
Node.js with
TypeScript
(Express.js or Fastify). Master of asynchronous event loops.
- Database Expertise:
Deep hands-on knowledge of
PostgreSQL
. You must understand ACID compliance, composite indexing, and database transaction blocks.
- State Management:
Deep understanding of managing app data globally using




Zustand
,
Redux Toolkit
, or React Context.
- High-Speed Caching:
Robust familiarity with
Redis
. Experience handling distributed locks or writing atomic Redis Lua scripts is a huge plus.
- Architecture Basics:
Understanding of background worker queues (like AWS SQS or Kafka).
- Hands on AWS is a Added Advantage.
