- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Java-based projects, including code comments, user manuals, and release notes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted training solutions to address them.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in software development or technical training using Java programming language.
- Robust understanding of Selenium automation framework for web application testing.
- Experience in designing and delivering technical training sessions for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in creating high-quality technical documentation using various tools.
