Job Overview

We are looking for an IT Support professional responsible for providing end-user support, maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware/software and network issues, and managing IT assets and user accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to employees for hardware, software, system, and application-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and network connectivity issues.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot system issues by managing configurations, settings, permissions, and user access.
- Create and manage user login accounts, email IDs, and access for new employees.
- Maintain accurate IT hardware and asset inventory.
- Handle and resolve IT support tickets/requests within defined timelines.
- Provide end-user support and network troubleshooting.
- Support Microsoft Office 365 and common workplace applications.
- Maintain basic documentation of IT issues, solutions,



assets, and configurations.
- Coordinate with vendors/service providers for hardware, software, and network-related requirements.
- Follow IT security, access control, and company IT policies.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, printers, and scanners.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of Cloud Computing Microsoft Azure, GCP, etc.
- Knowledge of IT asset management and inventory control.

Good to Have
- Experience with Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID.
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP.
- Experience with IT helpdesk/ticketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of cloud services and cybersecurity.
