? Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute purchase plans for raw materials and bought-out components.

Float RFQs, evaluate suppliers and finalize vendors based on quality, cost and delivery.

Lead supplier development and improve QCD performance.





Manage commercial negotiations, cost analysis, benchmarking and annual cost-saving targets.

Coordinate monthly material planning with PPC, Production, Logistics and Stores.

Ensure uninterrupted material supply and optimum inventory levels.

Handle import/export activities, customs documentation and logistics coordination.

Manage SAP purchase activities including PO creation, material master and GRN.

Control Capex purchases and ensure adherence to approved budgets.

Manage tooling procurement and support current program requirements.

Ensure supplier documentation, audits, ESG compliance and statutory requirements.

Drive alternate sourcing, value engineering and continuous cost improvement.
