Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Project Management, Agile delivery and DevOps to lead technology transformation initiatives within a banking setting.
The candidate will work closely with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, DevOps Engineers, Architects, QA, Security and Infrastructure teams to plan and deliver technology projects while driving CI/CD, automation, monitoring, KPI reporting and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources and success criteria.
- Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
- Drive adoption of Jira / Azure DevOps, Confluence and SharePoint.
- Lead Agile delivery using Scrum / Kanban methodologies.
- Oversee implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive DevOps practices including continuous integration, deployment and monitoring.
- Coordinate Infrastructure as Code, automated testing and deployment automation.
- Work with Architecture and Infrastructure teams to design and monitor scalable technology solutions.
- Define, track and analyze KPIs and provide data-driven project reporting.
- Create executive dashboards, presentations and project status reports.
- Develop and maintain product and technical roadmaps.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming and retrospectives.
- Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and maintain risk registers.
- Manage stakeholder communication and escalation of critical issues.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned.
